2. Installation of lower modules.

Installation begins with a corner module or adjacent to the wall (if the kitchen is straight). 3 Installation of countertops and wall panels.

4 Installation of the upper modules.

5 Installation of cornice, plinths, baseboards for the table top.

The cornice is placed on the upper cabinets and placed close to the wall; if the walls do not have a 90-degree angle, then it is adjusted carefully, without chipping, with a jigsaw. This is done using a jigsaw, I drank under the corrugation from the hood. Each element of the cornice is pulled together with modules using ties in 2-3 places. The base is attached to the legs of the modules with clips. Each plinth must have at least 4 clips. The plinth for the tabletop is adjusted to size. Afterwards, the fastening point is coated with silicone on the wall and table top 25 * 25. The plinth is screwed onto 3 * 16 screws with a pitch of 100mm. The caps and internal corners are put on.

6 Installation of bar countertops.

Markings are made on the wall for brackets at a given height according to the sketch. If there is a second wall adjacent to the bar, then markings are also made on it for additional brackets, for greater stability. According to the markings, holes with a diameter of 8 mm are drilled with a hammer drill to the depth of the dowel. The brackets are screwed on. Next, in the center of the bar radius, a hole with a diameter of 50 mm is drilled with a milling cutter. The bar pipe is adjusted to the height between the floor and the ceiling (5mm less), inserted into the countertop, and shelves and flanges are put on the pipe. The tabletop is placed on the brackets, the pipe is aligned vertically, and markings are made on the floor and ceiling for fastening the flanges. The pipe is moved a little to the side and holes are made for the dowels according to the markings. The flanges are screwed on and the pipe is fixed, the tabletop is screwed to the brackets, the tabletop is fixed on the pipe (a hole is drilled on the pipe with a diameter of 2 mm, into which the screw on the flange is screwed in) level.

8 Cleaning, wiping down the kitchen.

IF THE CUSTOMER IS ABSENT WHEN GOING FOR INSTALLATION:

When delivering furniture and leaving for installation, in the absence of the Customer or his authorized representative, draw up a report with the involvement of independent persons, for example neighbors (using the attached form). The act must reflect: time, date, contract number, address, full name. the customer and our employees, the fact of the customer’s absence (other obstacles) and the inability to transfer furniture, carry out installation, full name. and the address of witnesses, signatures of ALL persons with a transcript. On the same day, send the Customer a notification about the readiness of the furniture and the departure for delivery, installation, the absence of the Customer (authorized representative), the presence of other obstacles, the REQUIREMENT to ensure acceptance of the furniture, admission to installation within the time period appointed by us. The notice should be sent to the Customer by registered mail with notification at the actual address specified in the contract details, or hand it over to a member of the Customer’s family against signature.

IN CASE OF REFUSION TO SIGN THE TRANSFER AND ACCEPTANCE ACT:

Employees : Convince the Customer of the need to sign the act. If there are any claims regarding timing or quality, the Customer must reflect them in the acceptance certificate.

When accepting the work, the Customer must personally affix the date and signature to the act, and add that he has no claims in BOTH COPIES OF THE ACT.

Please note: only the Customer personally or his authorized person specified in the contract has the right to accept the furniture and sign the act!!! Or the person for whom the customer issued a power of attorney (power of attorney form is attached). It is necessary to establish the identity of the customer, check the signature with the contract, and make sure that the person is authorized by the customer!

If the Customer categorically refuses to sign the act, the foreman makes a note in both of them: “The Customer refused to sign the act, a copy of the act was handed to the customer “___”__________200__.” It is advisable to obtain the Customer’s signature under this entry or involve independent witnesses (for example, neighbors). If there are no signatures on the act except our employees, then a copy of the act must be sent to the Customer on the same day by mail with a covering letter indicating that the Customer is refusing to accept the results of the work under the contract and therefore is not fulfilling his obligations under the contract , for which the contract provides for a fine of 1% of the price of work performed under the contract for each day of delay!

IN THE EVENT OF DEPARTURE OF THE CUSTOMER DURING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS:

Employees: Before the Customer leaves the installation site, make sure that the person authorized by him to accept the furniture and who has the right to sign the acceptance certificate remains on site, specified in the contract. If the person remaining to accept the furniture is not specified in the contract it is necessary to require the Customer to issue a written power of attorney to this person (a sample is attached), which should indicate: data of the Customer and the authorized representative, date of issuance of the power of attorney, number and date of the agreement, authority to accept furniture manufactured under this agreement in terms of quantity and quality, the right to sign the acceptance certificate of furniture, signature of the Customer.

IN THE EVENT OF INSTALLATION NOT PERMITTED DUE TO QUALITY DEFECTS:

Employees: If the Customer does not allow installation due to external defects of individual furniture elements that do not interfere with the assembly of the rest of the furniture as a whole, it is necessary to convince the Customer of the need to install furniture without defective parts, sign a certificate of acceptance and delivery of furniture by quantity, indicating in the certificate for the presence and need to eliminate deficiencies or replace parts.

If the Customer in this case prevents the installation, it is necessary to require the Customer to sign on the acceptance certificate for the delivery of furniture, with the obligatory indication of the date, acceptance of furniture by quantity and refusal to carry out installation, indicating the reasons. Please note: the Customer must put down all entries and dates in BOTH COPIES OF THE ACT.

If the Customer refuses to sign documents on the delivery of furniture and its acceptance by quantity, it is necessary to draw up an act with the involvement of independent persons, for example neighbors. The act must reflect: time, date, contract number, address, full name. the customer and our employees, the fact of delivery of furniture, transfer by quantity, the Customer’s obstacles to installation, the Customer’s refusal to sign documents on acceptance of furniture and a statement of the reasons for the refusal, full name. and the address of witnesses, signatures of ALL persons with a transcript.

When delivering the product to the Customer without installation, you must sign a delivery note confirming the transfer of components. If we will carry out the installation at another time, you need to make a manual inventory of the components transferred to the Customer for storage, you can also indicate the installation date agreed with the Customer here. The inventory must contain the signature of the Customer or his authorized representative. If there are no such items at the delivery site, resolve the issue with the management - either do not leave the furniture, or draw up an inventory indicating that the components are being transferred for safekeeping to the citizen in the apartment, indicate his passport details, registration, telephone number, and obtain his signature. It must be borne in mind that with such a transfer of property, all risks will be borne by Kamea, and the Customer has the right to demand that all furniture be transferred to him again.

ATTENTION!!!

On order: household appliances must be printed and inspected in the presence of the customer ( again for external damage; open ovens, microwave ovens, washing and dishwashers and show inner part used equipment). And only after that, install used equipment and sign documents for used equipment.

When installing used equipment, remove mounting bolts, etc. (take and look at the installation instructions - it will tell you how to do this, if these bolts are present).

If household appliances with a plug, and the socket is located behind household appliances- insert the plug into the socket, and then install used equipment.

When installing used equipment, lead the wires and hoses to an accessible place for further connection (down and towards communications, wires oven- behind the closet)

When installing built-in used appliances (for example, washing machines, dishwashers, coffee machines, ovens): insert these appliances into cabinets, check the matching dimensions, the operation of the doors, and the alignment of the planes of the furniture and used appliances.

When installing wall panels: it is advisable to install only surface-mounted sockets; if the socket is mortise, a recess for the socket must be prepared in the wall and the wires must be routed out (this must be done by the customer). At the same time, take a receipt from the customer confirming the refusal of possible claims.

For lamps, run the power cable above the cabinets; for fluorescent lamps, lay the wires behind the cabinet.

When installing the hood: pull the wire out of the hood to an accessible place for connection (outside).

About the profession of an installer and his job description

What all these professions have in common is that in all cases we are talking about a person involved in assembly, installation, fastening and connection various designs and mechanisms. In this case, we can talk about power lines or pipelines, as well as agricultural equipment, so it is important that the features of each profession are enshrined in the corresponding job description.

There are no legal requirements for the design of an installer’s job description, but in practice it has turned out that it usually consists of the following parts:

Here the name of the position (installer), level of qualification (indicating the rank according to classification directories), as well as subordination within the organization are indicated. If the installer’s work requires special knowledge or work experience, this is also enshrined in the general provisions.
  2. The duties that the installer performs by virtue of his position. Their exact list depends on what type of installation this worker is doing and what kind of organization he works for.
  3. Rights granted to the installer. It makes sense to list only those that are not included in labor legislation. An example is the right to contact management with statements and proposals.
  4. Scope of responsibility assigned to the installer. Here, too, each case is usually not listed, but only types of liability under the law are indicated (disciplinary, administrative, criminal, civil).

What are the job responsibilities of an installer?

Their exact list depends on what kind of structures or equipment this worker must install (for example, the job description of an installer working with reinforced concrete structures will be very different from the instructions of someone installing PVC products or electrical equipment), as well as from qualification category which he has.

However, there are responsibilities that are common to all cases:

  • installation of auxiliary mechanisms used during installation;

Chapter 1. GENERAL OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

1. To work as an installer building structures(hereinafter referred to as the installer) persons are allowed to be at least 18 years old, trained in the profession of an installer of building structures, who have undergone instruction, testing of knowledge, have an electrical safety group of at least 2, have passed a medical examination and have no medical contraindications to the work of an installer of building structures and to work at heights . Work on dismantling window and door frames and openings can be performed by at least two installers of building structures, one of whom has a 3rd category, the other a 2nd category. Work on installing doors and window frames and openings from PVC profile can be performed by at least two erectors of building structures, one of whom has a 4th category, the other - a 3rd category.

2. An employee who has not undergone timely re-instruction on labor protection (at least once every 3 months) and an annual test of knowledge on labor safety should not start work.

3. When starting a job, an employee must undergo a preliminary medical examination and undergo periodic medical examinations during work.

4. When dismantling and installing window and door frames and openings, workers may be exposed to the following dangerous and harmful production factors:

4.1 work at height near unguarded openings and height differences;

4.2 falling objects;

4.3 electric current;

4.4 moving mechanisms of equipment;

4.5 pairs of polyurethane foam;

4.6 silicone, polyurethane foam;

4.7 dust, shavings;

4.8 sharp edges of parts and materials.

6. The installer is obliged:

6.1. comply with the requirements of these Instructions;

6.2. perform only the work that is assigned to him, safe ways the implementation of which he is aware of. If necessary, contact the work manager for clarification;

6.3. not allowed on workplace unauthorized persons;

6.4. correctly use the necessary special clothing, special shoes and other equipment personal protection in accordance with the conditions and nature of the work performed, and in case of their absence or malfunction, immediately notify the work manager;

6.5. comply with the rules of behavior on the territory of the organization, in production, auxiliary and household premises, work and rest hours, labor discipline (resting and smoking is allowed only in specially equipped places for this purpose). It is not allowed to carry out work while intoxicated or in a state caused by the use of narcotic drugs, psychotropic or toxic substances, as well as drinking alcoholic beverages, consuming narcotic drugs, psychotropic or toxic substances in the workplace or during working hours;

6.6. comply with labor protection requirements and fire safety, know fire warning signals, procedures in case of fire, locations of fire extinguishing equipment and be able to use them;

6.7. know the techniques of providing first aid to victims of accidents at work;

6.8. know the location of the first aid kit medical care and be able to apply the content contained in it medicines and medical products;

6.9. notify your work manager about any situation that threatens the life and health of people, every accident that occurred at work, noticed malfunctions of equipment, tools and protective equipment or their absence and do not start work until they are eliminated, about a deterioration in your health, including number of manifestations of signs of acute disease;

6.10. know and observe the rules of personal hygiene.

6.11. workplaces and passages to them, located at a height of more than 1.3 m and a distance of less than 2 m from the height difference, should be fenced with temporary inventory fences.

If it is impossible to use protective barriers or in the case of a short-term stay of workers, it is allowed to carry out work using safety belts. The attachment points for the safety belt are indicated in the PPR.

6.12 Work sites must be cleared of debris and excess building materials. Storage of materials, tools, and production waste must comply with labor protection requirements.

7. When performing loading and unloading operations, it is necessary to comply with the requirements of the instructions on OT No.__ “For workers performing loading, unloading and warehouse work.”

8. Plumbing and assembly tools must be used and maintained in accordance with the “Instructions on labor protection when performing work with manual plumbing assembly tools” No.___

Chapter 2. OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS BEFORE STARTING WORK

9. Before starting work, workers involved in installing blocks must undergo appropriate safety training and familiarize themselves with the technological documentation.

10. Receive instructions from the work foreman, foreman or foreman about the procedure for performing the work and safe methods for performing it.

11. Check the serviceability of overalls and personal protective equipment, the presence of tags indicating the test date.

13. Prepare the workplace: remove unnecessary objects, correctly arrange materials, products, tools, remove unauthorized persons, make sure there is sufficient lighting in the workplace.

14. Check the serviceability of tools, scaffolds, stepladders and other means of scaffolding, and eliminate any deficiencies noted.

15. It is not allowed to carry out work on dismantling old window and door units using plumbing tools without the use of personal protective equipment that directly ensures labor safety (safety glasses, mittens, gloves, helmets, safety belts).

16. When working at height:

16.1 provide protective measures to prevent tools and materials from falling on people who may be below, fence off the area of ​​possible falling of materials, tools, parts, etc., post warning posters.

Chapter 3. LABOR SAFETY REQUIREMENTS WHEN PERFORMING WORK

17. For dismantling:

18. For installation:

18.1 lift and carry double-glazed windows, sashes or blocks using safe devices or in special containers. The maximum rate of carrying heavy loads by hand per person when alternating with other work should not exceed: 7-10 kg - for women over 18 years of age, 50 kg - for men over 18 years of age.

Chapter 4. OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS AFTER WORK

32. Wash your hands and face with soap, and if possible, take a shower.

Chapter 5. OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS IN EMERGENCIES

19. Do not work at heights in open places at a wind speed of more than 10 m/s or more, as well as during ice, thunderstorms or fog that excludes visibility within the work front. When working with structures with a large windage, work on their installation (dismantling) stops when the wind speed is 10 m/s or more.

21.6 in case of bruise, lubricate the bruised area with tincture of iodine, apply a pressure bandage;

21.7 in case of injuries with bleeding, it is necessary to leave the bleeding; if the bleeding does not stop, apply a tourniquet or twist;

21.8 In case of any injuries, you must immediately call a doctor or take the injured person to a medical facility.

22. If malfunctions are noticed in the operation of the equipment, tools used or an emergency situation is created during the performance of work, the installer of building structures is obliged to:

22.1 stop work;

22.2 turn off the equipment used;

22.3 warn workers about the danger;

22.4 notify the immediate supervisor.

23. In case of poisoning by polyurethane foam vapors, the victim must be taken out into the air and given medical assistance.

24. If a malfunction is detected or suspected, you should immediately stop work and return the tool for inspection and repair.

1. GENERAL OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

1.2. While performing work, the installer may be exposed to the following hazardous and harmful production factors:
- performing work outdoors under the influence of hazardous atmospheric phenomena: increased (low) air temperature, increased speed wind, high (low) humidity, etc.;
- moving parts of equipment, moving elements of equipment and tools (spindle, chuck, drill);
- sharp edges, burrs and roughness on the surface of equipment, equipment and tools;
- flying fragments from the working parts of the equipment in case of their possible destruction;
- flying fragments of drilled surfaces, shavings, etc.;
- elevated temperature surfaces of equipment, accessories and tools;
- leakage electric current through the human body;
- increased level noise and vibration in the workplace;
- insufficient lighting working area;
- falling from a height;
- falling objects (tools, facing slabs) from a height;
- physical overload;
Sources of harmful and dangerous production factors:
- moving parts of machines and mechanisms;
- faulty production equipment or its incorrect operation;
- faulty electrical equipment or improper operation;
- sharp edges, burrs and roughness on the surface of equipment and tools;
- absence, malfunction, improper use of personal protective equipment;
- absence, malfunction, improper operation of lighting devices;
- absence, malfunction, improper operation of portable ladders, stepladders, scaffolding means;
- non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of job descriptions, labor protection instructions, internal labor regulations, local regulations regulating the procedure for organizing labor protection work, and working conditions at the site.
1.3. The installer notifies his immediate supervisor about any situation that threatens the life and health of people, about every accident that occurs at work, about a deterioration in his health.
1.4. Persons at least 18 years of age with professional skills, who have no medical contraindications and have passed:
- training in labor protection, testing knowledge of labor protection requirements;
- training in electrical safety rules, testing knowledge of electrical safety rules within the scope of job responsibilities;
- training in fire safety rules, testing knowledge of fire safety rules within the scope of job responsibilities;
- training in the rules of working at height, testing knowledge of the rules of working at height in the scope of job responsibilities;
- training in the rules of working with lifting mechanisms, testing knowledge of the rules of working with lifting mechanisms in the scope of job responsibilities;
- training in methods of providing first aid to victims of accidents at work;
- theoretical and practical training in safe techniques for performing work on the installation of suspended ventilated facades;
- testing knowledge of safe methods and methods of performing work on the installation of suspended ventilated facades;
- introductory and initial briefing on labor protection in the workplace;
- on-the-job training;
- preliminary and periodic medical examinations.
1.5. The installer is provided with special clothing and safety footwear in accordance with current standards.
Issued special clothing, special shoes and other personal protective equipment must correspond to the nature and conditions of work, ensure labor safety, and have a certificate of conformity.
Personal protective equipment for which there is no technical documentation is not allowed for use.
1.6. The installer must know:
- name, purpose, device and rules for using universal and special devices and tools;
- name, purpose, device and rules for using measuring instruments and instruments;
- design, principle of operation, rules for using mechanisms, small-scale mechanization, hand-held machines used in the installation of suspended ventilated facades;
- purpose, structure, rules for using means for working at height (scaffolding, scaffolding, ladders, stepladders, lifts, etc.);
- installation procedure for hinged ventilated facades;
- requirements for the quality of work performed, for the rational organization of labor in the workplace;
- production alarm;
- measures to prevent accidents and eliminate problems that arise;
- procedure for eliminating emergency situations;
- the effect on humans of dangerous and harmful production factors that arise during work;
- assignment of personal protective equipment, ability to use them;
- rules and regulations on labor protection and industrial sanitation;
- internal labor regulations established at the enterprise;
- the requirements of this instruction, instructions on fire safety measures, instructions on electrical safety, be guided by them in your activities;
- be able to provide first aid to victims, use fire extinguishing equipment in the event of a fire, call fire department.
1.7. While on the territory of the organization, in production and service premises, at work sites and workplaces, the installer is obliged to:
- timely and accurately comply with internal labor regulations and administration orders, provided that he is trained in the rules for the safe performance of this work;
- comply with the requirements of local regulations on labor protection, fire safety, industrial sanitation, regulating the procedure for organizing work at the facility;
- observe labor discipline, work and rest regime;
- treat the employer’s property with care;
- perform only those included in it official duties work, work on the instructions of the immediate supervisor.
1.8. Smoking and eating are allowed only in places specially designated for this purpose. Before eating, you should wash your hands thoroughly with soap.

2. OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS BEFORE STARTING WORK

2.1. Check the availability and serviceability of personal protective equipment, put on them and the required protective clothing and safety shoes, and put everything in order.
2.2. Fasten your overalls with all the buttons, avoiding hanging ends of the clothing, and tuck your hair under your headdress. Do not pin your clothes with pins or needles, do not keep sharp, breakable objects in your pockets.
2.3. Receive an assignment from the manager to carry out work on the installation of suspended ventilated facades.
2.4. When working at height, obtain a work permit and undergo targeted training.
2.5. Check availability and serviceability (integrity):
- necessary materials, elements of the mounted facade.
- tools, devices and equipment;
- lifting mechanisms, mechanization means, electrified tools;
- standard safety posters indicating the location safe work, prohibiting or permitting the performance of work warning about the danger of electric shock;
- means for working at height (scaffolding, scaffolding, ladders, stepladders, lifts, etc.).
2.6. Availability of supply to the installation site electrical circuit corresponding voltage.
2.7. Prepare the necessary materials to carry out the work protective equipment and devices.
2.8. Prepare the workplace for safe work:
- inspect it, remove all unnecessary objects without blocking the passages;
- check approaches to the workplace and evacuation routes for compliance with labor protection requirements;
- check the presence and serviceability of fences and safety devices;
- check the presence of signaling devices;
- check the availability of fire-fighting equipment and first aid kits;
- establish the sequence of operations.
2.9. Check by external inspection:
- no hanging bare wires;
- sufficient lighting of the workplace;
- reliability of closing of all current-carrying and starting devices of the equipment;
- presence and reliability of grounding connections (no breaks, strength of contact between metal non-current-carrying parts of the equipment and the grounding wire);
- absence of foreign objects around the equipment;
- condition of the floors (no potholes, unevenness, oil stains, etc.).
2.10. Report any detected malfunctions of equipment, inventory, or other problems to your immediate supervisor and begin work only after they have been eliminated.
2.11. Work on the installation of suspended ventilated facades must be organized in accordance with the requirements of current technological documents (norms, instructions, regulations) approved in the prescribed manner.
2.12. It is prohibited to begin work on the installation of suspended ventilated facades in the presence of the following violations of labor protection requirements:
- in the presence of a malfunction specified in the operating manual of the manufacturer of installation and other equipment, in which its use is not allowed;
- when the period of its technical examination has expired;
- in case of failure to comply with the instructions of state supervisory authorities;
- in the absence of constant control by responsible persons for the safe performance of work;
- in the absence or malfunction of personal protective equipment;
- in the absence or malfunction of fences and safety devices;
- in the absence or malfunction of means for working at height (scaffolding, scaffolding, ladders, stepladders, lifts, etc.);
- in the absence of fire fighting equipment, a first aid kit;
- in case of insufficient illumination of the workplace and approaches to it;
- without a work permit;
- without undergoing targeted training;
- without undergoing a periodic medical examination.

3. OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS DURING WORK

3.1. Perform only the work for which you have been trained, instructed on labor protection and approved by the employee responsible for the safe performance of work.
3.2. Do not allow untrained or unauthorized persons to perform your work.
3.3. Use serviceable equipment, tools, and devices necessary for safe work; use them only for the work for which they are intended.
3.4. Monitor the operation of equipment, the condition of fixtures and tools.
3.5. Periodically conduct a visual inspection to identify damage to equipment, tools, violations technological process etc.
3.6. If faulty equipment, devices, tools, or other violations of labor protection requirements are detected that cannot be eliminated on our own, and if there is a threat to health, personal or collective safety, the installer should report this to management. Do not begin work until identified violations are eliminated.
3.7. When installing suspended ventilated facades, it is necessary to follow the rules for operating installation and other equipment and tools in accordance with labor safety instructions.
3.8. Correctly perform work procedures for preparing and installing brackets, insulation, guides, and attachment facade slabs, performing other types of work.
3.9. When carrying out work at height, the presence of protective, safety and signal barriers must be ensured. If it is impossible to use protective fences, it is permissible to work at heights using safety systems.
3.10. Safety systems for working at height should:
- correspond existing conditions at workplaces, the nature and type of work performed;
- take into account the ergonomic requirements and health status of the employee;
- after the necessary adjustment, correspond to the gender, height and size of the employee.
- PPE against falls from height is subject to mandatory certification.
Collective and individual protective equipment for workers must be used for their intended purpose in accordance with the requirements set out in the manufacturer’s instructions and regulatory technical documentation put into effect in the prescribed manner. The use of protective equipment for which there is no technical documentation is not permitted.
3.11. When carrying out work at height, the boundaries of dangerous zones must be determined based on current norms and regulations, taking into account the largest dimensions of the cargo being moved, the distance of scattering of objects or hot metal particles, and the dimensions of moving parts of machines and equipment. The installation location of fences and safety signs must be indicated in technological maps for carrying out work or in PPR at height in accordance with the current technical regulations, norms and rules.
3.12. Materials, products, structures when receiving and storing at workplaces located at height must be accepted in the volumes necessary for current processing, and stacked so as not to clutter the workplace and passages to it based on bearing capacity scaffolding, scaffolding, platforms on which the specified cargo is placed.
3.13. When workplaces are located on floors, the impact of loads from placed materials, equipment, equipment and people should not exceed the design loads on the floor provided for by the project.
3.14. The boundaries of high-risk zones in places where objects may fall when working at height should be determined from the extreme point of the horizontal projection of the size of the moved (falling) object, adding the largest overall size moving (falling) load and minimum distance the flying off of an object when it falls.
3.15. It is not allowed to perform work at height:
- in open places with an air flow (wind) speed of 15 m/s or more;
- in case of a thunderstorm or fog, excluding visibility within the work front, as well as in case of ice from icy structures and in cases of growth of a wall of ice on wires, equipment, engineering structures (including power line supports), trees;
- when installing (dismantling) structures with a large windage at a wind speed of 10 m/s or more.
3.16. When performing lifting operations:
- the mass of the load to be lifted must be determined before lifting begins;
- the load on lifting mechanisms and removable load-handling devices should not exceed their load-carrying capacity;
- slinging the lifted load by protrusions, steering wheels, fittings and other devices not designed for lifting it is not allowed.
3.17. Equipment, mechanisms, hand mechanized and other tools, inventory, devices and materials used when performing work at height must be used with safety measures to prevent them from falling (placement in bags and pouches, fastening, slinging, placement at a sufficient distance from the border changes in heights or fastening to a worker’s safety harness).
Tools, equipment, devices and materials weighing more than 10 kg must be suspended on a separate rope with an independent anchor device.
After finishing work at height, equipment, mechanisms, small-scale mechanization, and hand tools must be removed from the height.
3.18. Hand tools, used in the production of work, must be inspected at least once every 10 days, as well as immediately before use. A defective tool that does not meet safety requirements must be removed.
3.19. When carrying or transporting the tool, its sharp parts should be covered with covers.
3.20. The handles of hammers, picks and other impact instruments must be made of hard and tough wood (young oak, hornbeam, maple, ash, beech, rowan, dogwood, etc.) and have an oval cross-section with a thickening towards the free end. The end of the handle on which the impact tool is mounted must be wedged.
3.21. When working together, coordinate your actions with the actions of other workers.
3.22. Having noticed a violation of labor safety requirements by another employee, the installer should warn him about the need to comply with them.
3.23. Throughout the working day, keep the workplace tidy and clean, avoid cluttering the approaches to the workplace, and use only designated passages.
3.24. Strictly comply with the orders and instructions of the enterprise management in a timely manner, officials responsible for implementation production control, as well as instructions from representatives of state supervisory authorities.
3.25. When performing work, the installer is prohibited from:
- leave tools and elements of the mounted facade on the edges of scaffolding, scaffolding, ceilings, etc.;
- lift (even briefly) loads weighing more than what is indicated on the plate of the lifting mechanism used;
- lift the load with oblique tension on the cable;
- work within the lifting zone, level the moving load with your hands, adjust the slings while suspended;
- leave the load hanging at the end of work or during a break;
- use manual electric cars in rain, thunderstorm, etc.;
- independently open and repair devices, small mechanization equipment, lifting mechanisms, and hand-held machines. Repairs must be carried out by a specialist;
- try to manually brake their moving parts;
- remove safety covers and other protective devices during operation;
- use faulty tools, devices, small-scale mechanization, lifting mechanisms, hand-held machines, ladders, scaffolding, etc., as well as equipment that he is not trained to use;
- carry out work without using the necessary PPE;
- begin performing one-time work not related to his direct responsibilities in the specialty without receiving targeted instructions;
- allow unauthorized untrained persons to use the equipment;
- drink alcoholic and low-alcohol drinks, drugs;
- store and consume food and drinks at work places.

4. OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS IN EMERGENCIES

4.1. Upon liquidation emergency situation it is necessary to act in accordance with the approved emergency response plan.
4.2. If a breakdown of equipment or tools occurs, threatening an accident at the workplace, the installer should:
- stop its operation, as well as the supply of electricity to it, etc. Do not fix the problem yourself;
- report the incident to the immediate supervisor of the work and the employee responsible for production control;
- act in accordance with the instructions received.
4.3. If a fire appears, you must:
- stop working;
- turn off electrical equipment;
- organize the evacuation of people;
- immediately begin extinguishing the fire.
When electrical equipment catches fire, only carbon dioxide or powder fire extinguishers should be used.
4.4. If it is impossible to extinguish the fire on your own, the installer should call the fire department by calling 101 or 112 and inform the immediate supervisor or management of the enterprise.
4.5. In case of injury or deterioration of health, the installer must stop work, notify management and go to the first aid station (call the city ambulance by calling 103 or 112).
4.6. In case of electric shock, you must:
- stop exposing the victim to electric current. This can be achieved by turning off the current source, breaking the supply wires, the switch, or diverting the source of influence from the victim. This must be done with a dry rope, stick, etc.
Do not touch a victim who is under the influence of current with your hands.
- call a doctor or city ambulance;
- examine the victim. External damage must be treated and covered with a bandage;
- in the absence of a pulse, perform an indirect cardiac massage and perform artificial respiration.
Measures must be taken until body functions are restored or signs of death appear.
4.7. When investigating the circumstances and causes of the accident, the installer should inform the commission of the information known to him about the accident.

5. OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS AFTER WORK COMPLETION

5.1. Turn off the equipment. Hand over unused elements of the assembled facade.
5.2. Inspect and tidy up the workplace.
5.3. Place tools, accessories, equipment, cleaning materials, etc. in places designated for their storage.
5.4. Take off your overalls. Contaminated workwear must be washed.
5.5. Wash your hands and face thoroughly with soap or take a shower.
5.6. Report to the management of the organization about all violations of the production process, labor protection requirements, and cases of injuries at work.

STANDARD OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR EMPLOYEES
CONSTRUCTION PROFESSIONS

Installers of internal sanitary systems and equipment
TI RO-042-2003

This industry standard instruction has been developed taking into account the requirements of legislative and other regulatory legal acts Russian Federation containing government regulatory requirements labor protection specified in section 2 of this work, and is intended for installers of internal sanitary systems and equipment (hereinafter referred to as installers) when they perform work according to their profession and qualifications.

General safety requirements

5.42.1. Workers at least 18 years of age who have undergone appropriate training and have professional skills to work as installers, before being allowed to independent work must pass:

mandatory preliminary (upon entry to work) and periodic (during employment) medical examinations (examinations) for recognition as fit to perform work in the manner established by the Ministry of Health of Russia;
training in safe methods and techniques for performing work, instruction on labor protection, on-the-job training and testing of knowledge of labor protection requirements.

5.42.2. Installers are required to comply with occupational safety requirements to ensure protection from the effects of hazardous and harmful production factors associated with the nature of the work:

increased dust and gas contamination of the air in the working area;
location of workplaces at a significant height;
moving structures;
collapse of loose structural elements of buildings and structures;
falling of overlying materials and tools.

5.42.3. To protect against mechanical influences, installers are required to use the following items provided free of charge by employers: cotton overalls, two-finger combination mittens, suits with insulating padding, and felt boots for winter period year.
Installers must wear safety helmets while on the construction site. In addition, when working with grinder A plexiglass shield or safety glasses should be used.

5.42.4. While on the territory of a construction (production) site, in production and utility premises, work areas and workplaces, installers are required to comply with the internal regulations adopted in this organization.
Admission of unauthorized persons, as well as workers in a state of intoxication, to the specified places is prohibited.

5.42.5. As part of their daily activities, installers must:

use small mechanization tools during work for their intended purpose, in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions;
maintain order in work places, clear them of debris, snow, ice, and prevent violations of the rules for storing materials and structures;

5.42.6. Installers are required to immediately notify their immediate or superior work manager about any situation that threatens the life and health of people, about every accident that occurs at work, or about a deterioration in their health, including the appearance of an acute occupational disease(poisoning).

Safety requirements before starting work

5.42.7. Before starting work, the installer must:

a) present to the work manager a certificate of testing knowledge of safe work methods and undergo training at the workplace, taking into account the specifics of the work performed;
b) put on a helmet, overalls, and safety shoes of the established standard;
c) receive an assignment to perform the work from the foreman or work manager.

5.42.8. After receiving the task, installers are required to:

a) prepare necessary funds personal protection and check their serviceability;
b) check the workplace and approaches to it for compliance with safety requirements;
c) select the technological equipment and tools necessary to perform the work, check them for compliance with safety requirements;
d) inspect the structural elements and equipment intended for installation and make sure that they have no defects.

5.42.9. Installers should not begin work if the following safety requirements are violated:

a) malfunctions of technological equipment, protective equipment for workers specified in the manufacturer’s instructions, in which their use is not allowed;
b) the presence of interference in the workplace (air pollution in the work area, exposed live wires, crane operation area, etc.);
c) clutter or insufficient lighting of workplaces and approaches to them;
d) the presence of defects in the equipment intended for installation.
Detected violations of safety requirements must be eliminated on their own, and if it is impossible to do this, installers are required to inform the foreman or work manager.

Safety requirements during operation

5.42.10. The placement of materials, tools, and technological equipment within the work area should not restrict passages to work stations.

5.42.11. Lifting of pipe blanks and assemblies of sanitary fixtures, heating units, air heaters and other equipment to installation levels should be carried out with the help of lifts or cranes. When installing equipment, it is necessary to comply with the requirements of TI RO-41.

5.42.12. Galvanized pipes should be connected by welding only in cases where it is impossible to use threaded connections. Before the start welding work the zinc coating must be removed from the outer surfaces of the pipes at a distance of at least 30 mm on both harrows from the joint.

5.42.13. Installers working with manual electric machines, must have group I for electrical safety and group II when working with manual electric machines of class 1 in premises with increased danger.

When working with an electric or pneumatic grinder, you should wear safety glasses or a plexiglass protective shield.

5.42.14. Before bending, molding and welding, plastic pipes should be heated using devices that prevent the appearance of open flame. The operation of these devices is allowed only if they are equipped with working temperature regulation and control devices that ensure stable heating of the plastic to a given temperature in order to limit the release of harmful substances and prevent fire.

5.42.15. Plastic pipes should be cut manually or mechanically cutting tools. It is not allowed to use abrasive wheels when cutting plastic pipes.

5.42.16. Bend steel or plastic pipes, as well as chop cast iron pipes should be at ground (floor) level. It is not allowed to perform these operations on scaffolding equipment. Safety glasses should be worn when cutting or chopping pipes.

5.42.17. When finishing workpieces on lathes, installers are required to:

a) work only with protective screens and safety glasses;
b) clean, repair, replace working tools and refill the workpiece only after the machine has completely stopped;
c) remove shavings or sawdust with brushes and dustpans specially designed for this purpose;
d) monitor the serviceability of starting and braking devices and the grounding wire.

5.42.18. When processing workpieces on disc pipe threading machines, installers are required to comply with the following safety requirements:

a) feed only straight pipes to the machine;
b) process workpieces with a disk that does not have cracks;
c) replace the cutting disc with another only after turning off the engine.

5.42.19. When working on pipe bending machines, installers are required to:

a) clear the area around the machine with a radius of at least 2 m;
b) install protective cover on the open gears of the mechanism;
c) move the lever forward away from you hand tool when bending pipes.

5.42.20. When sharpening a tool sharpening machine The installer should use a protective shield and glasses. It is prohibited to use the side (end) surfaces of the abrasive wheel.

5.42.21. When working together with a welder, installers are required to:

a) use safety glasses;
b) do not use fire near the generator and do not allow oxygen cylinders to become contaminated with oil or grease, protect them from impacts and sudden shocks;
c) move cylinders on stretchers or carts designed for this purpose.

5.42.22. When performing sanitary work, installers are required to:

a) install risers of the internal sewerage system, water supply system, etc. from bottom to top, starting from the lowest floor (basement);
b) use scaffolding when installing plastic pipelines at height. It is not allowed to use plastic pipelines as a support for workers;
c) warm frozen plastic pipelines with water at a temperature of no more than 40 degrees. C, and made of polyethylene high pressure, fluoroplastic and polyvinyl chloride - no more than 60 degrees. C. Heating the specified pipelines with steam or fire is not allowed;
d) carry out purging and testing of pipelines and sanitary equipment using hydraulic presses in the presence of the work manager;
e) inspect pipelines and sanitary equipment and eliminate identified faults after reducing the pressure in them to atmospheric pressure.

5.42.23. When performing work on the installation of internal sanitary equipment, installers are required to systematically ventilate the premises when using materials containing harmful substances, and during gas-electric welding works. If there is no proper air ventilation in the work area, appropriate personal respiratory protection should be used.
Installation of sanitary equipment in confined or hard-to-reach spaces (premises) is allowed provided that the workplace is equipped exhaust ventilation; the presence of at least two openings (hatches) for ventilation and evacuation of people; the presence of two observers located outside the confined space and, if necessary, ensuring the evacuation of workers using a rope attached to the shoulder strap. Between those working inside confined spaces and observers should maintain constant communication (sound, light, using a rope).

5.42.24. Materials, instruments and equipment used when performing sanitary work should be stored in an on-site warehouse in accordance with the following standards:

a) cast iron pipes - in a stack no more than 1 m high with sockets located at the socketless ends of adjacent pipes, with gaskets between the tiers to prevent them from rolling out;
b) steel and plastic pipes - in a stack up to 2 m high with stops to ensure the integrity of the stack;
c) radiators - in a stack up to 1 m high;
d) baths - in a stack of no more than 3 pieces. in height with spacers between them;
e) sanitary fixtures (toilets, cisterns, urinals, sinks, sinks) - on racks or in a stack in a package up to 2 m high, ensuring the integrity of the stack;
e) adhesive materials- in a closed container in ventilated rooms at a distance of at least 1.5 m from heated appliances.

Storing materials, equipment or devices supported by walls or other vertical structures not allowed.

Safety requirements in emergency situations

5.42.25. If a malfunction is detected ventilation system at workplaces or powered tools, installers must stop work and notify the work manager about this.

5.42.26. If the materials used (glue, molten sulfur or other materials) catch fire, installers must immediately begin to extinguish the fire with fire extinguishers and other available means. If it is impossible to extinguish the fire on your own, you should call the fire department and inform the work manager.

Safety requirements after completion of work

5.42.27. Upon completion of work, installers are required to:

a) disconnect the power tool used during work from the power supply;
b) check the serviceability, clean the tool and, together with the materials, put it away for storage in a designated place;
c) tidy up the workplace;
d) inform the work manager or foreman about all problems that arose during the work process.
