The problem of Uranus and Saturn has always existed, in all cultures, it exists today, it exists in everyone. The interaction of both planets was expressed in the events of the new time, but since the Age of Aquarius is connected with Uranus, time itself became different, acquired new qualities, it became "aquarian", "uranium".
