Money is anything that is commonly used as a medium of exchange and measurement of value... anything that has a common use... often called a money account and to judge the size of property or wealth.
Investing is the investment of money or capital in some type of property for income or profit, the amount invested or the purchased property. Financing is the theory and practice of increasing and spending government revenue, managing money affairs especially those involving large sums or investment funds. Speculation is the act of trading or making profits more than usual on anticipated price fluctuations, or doing business with a high risk of having the chance of making unusually large gains or profits.
Luck and money factors are usually quite prominent in horoscopes and are often associated with planets such as Jupiter, Saturn, Venus and Pluto, as well as the 2nd, 5th, 8th and 11th houses. If the rulers of these houses or the planets in these houses are associated with aspects to each other, then this may indicate good luck in speculation or investment. The sun or ruler of the horoscope in such positions is also an indication of good luck. With regard to aspects, it should be noted that it is not necessary to highlight the "good" aspects. Here, the interaction of these principles is important, as if the presence of certain communication channels. Therefore, squares, conjunctions and oppositions can eventually work as positively as trines and sextiles.
Saturn in 2 or 8 houses may indicate that a person works hard voluntarily and achieves success through full application his energy and talent. Remember what is important in your personal horoscope, which indicates that you can be a successful investor. If you have no interest in market events and their correspondence with astrological principles, if you do not want to spend time tracking booms and busts on the stock exchanges, if you are more likely to agree to pay than to invest, then you are unlikely to use the advice presented here and will be able to do anything. then help others. Financial activities and investing require persistence, constant attention and hard work. Even if the horoscope indicates that you may be a winning or successful investor, you yourself must diligently do your own part of the work. If you (or a client) have a strong interest in money, investing or speculation, you should carefully consider your (or client's) horoscope and highlight the best area or area for this.
Could it be real estate? Are there then strong aspects from the 2nd, 5th and 8th houses to the 4th house which represents real estate? Or is corporate investing more suitable as there are strong aspects from the financial planets to the 10th and 11th houses? Precious metals can be highly invested if the Sun and 5th house (gold) or the Moon and 4th house (silver) are most prominent in the chart. Foreign exchange transactions can be the main occupation if Jupiter, 8th and 9th houses and Sagittarius are highlighted in the chart.
However, it is not enough to successfully invest money, pull off a major scam or fraud. It is important to save and increase the received money. History knows millions of cases of ups and downs, quick enrichment and even more rapid ruin, and with unrighteous ways of obtaining wealth - and parting with life. Success in the financial sector accompanies a few, and outstanding - in general, units, as, indeed, in other areas of life.
On examples of analysis of life and horoscopes such famous people, just, and should learn astrology and entrepreneurship. Fortunately, the birth data of many of them is quite easy to find in various reference books and encyclopedias. For example, in the recently appeared magazine "Dengi" there is a special section in which the biographies of famous people who have achieved success, including on the entrepreneurial path, are given in sufficient detail.
In light of the retention of financial success and its development, aspects to money planets and houses are already becoming more important. With "bad" aspects, it is much easier to lose what you have acquired, especially that immediately around a successful entrepreneur there is a whole flock of "helpers" in the form of relatives, neighbors, friends, various projectors, beggars and other extortionists. Therefore, the location of financial planets, and especially houses in fixed signs, is of great importance. At the same time, the state is formed not so quickly, but it is reliable, stable, and less subject to negative changes.
In addition to considering natal horoscopes in order to analyze areas and methods of investing and saving earned money, financial astrology is interested in events in the commodity and stock markets of the world and their correspondence with astrological principles, tracking booms and busts in quotations and sales volumes on stock exchanges, etc.
For example, renowned financial astrologer Barbara Vetters observed that best time to buy gold when Pluto reaches 8 degrees declination, because at this time metals are at their lowest price in the world. Pluto was last in this declination from March to August 1979, and will be there again from October 1996 to early October 1997. Walter Enenberg achieved financial prosperity in the publishing business. One of his more successful ventures was TV Guide magazine. In his chart (Fig. 1) the Sun, ruler of his 2nd house of income, is in the 9th house of publications in conjunction with Saturn, which we find prominently in the charts of people with tough business affairs. Jupiter, one of the planets of fortune (also associated with publications) is enhanced by a square with Venus, the financial planet. Mercury is a planet associated with communications, is in sextile with Venus and in the 8th (financial) house.
Jean Paul Getty is known as a businessman in the oil industry. In addition to his natural ability, literally a flair for oil, he received an excellent education: the University of California (geology and economics) and Oxford (economics and politics). In the Getty chart (Fig. 2), Neptune (significator of oil) is in the 5th house of speculation in conjunction with Pluto, which rules its 10th house of business. Saturn, the planet of business qualities, is trine to this conjunction, which encourages speculative ventures. Venus (money and luck) is in the 10th house and trine with Mars from the 2nd house. Obviously, Getty had good luck in matters relating to investments and finances, but those familiar with the history of his life know that this did not provide him with personal happiness.
Conrad Hilton, hotel magnate, has a captivating chart (fig. 3) for a "money-maker" with Saturn, 2nd lord, in 8th house square Moon in 5th house of investment. The Moon is aspected by a trine to the Sun in the 1st house, which is square to Mars ruling the 5th house and being in the 10th house of career and achievement. Hilton was involved in many of his father's affairs as a young man, he was an amateur in state legislature politics, and when his attempt to buy an equity stake in a small Texas bank failed, he invested in a hotel. Everything else in his career is already widely known history.
Hotels are under the control of the Moon and 4 houses. Neptune, ruler of the 4th house in Hilton's chart, is in the 6th house of work conjunct Pluto, the natural ruler of the 8th house of financial subsidies. He has an aspect of opposition with Jupiter, the planet of finance and the ruler of the Ascendant of his chart. Jupiter in the 12th house according to the astrological aphorism is an angel on the shoulder. Hilton was extremely lucky in the hotel business, rarely making wrong moves, which confirms that Jupiter in the 12th house can bring good luck in business.
The map in Fig. 4 belongs to the industrialist Henry Kaiser, who left school at the age of 13 to work in a haberdashery shop (Venus - the significator of haberdashery is in the 10th house). He then went into photography (Neptune in the 10th house), metalwork business (Aries on the cusp of the 10th house), road construction(Mercury and Saturn in the 10th house) and finally the construction business, he built the largest dam two years ahead of schedule. He was engaged in the construction of large bridges, dams and other structures. At the beginning of World War II, he organized an association of seven shipyards, where 1460 ships were built, most of which were used as vehicles in hostilities. When G. Kaiser faced a shortage of steel, he built the first steel plant on the West Coast, then a magnesium plant for the needs of the steel industry. Most of his military operations were not profitable. Uranus in the 2nd house often indicates unusual spending and expenses. In this case, he is trine to Saturn, the Sun, and Neptune and illustrates his founding of the Kaiser Permanent Foundation, the first non-profit health promotion organization. He was also involved in the production of the premature Kaiser Fraser car, one of his failed cases. His way of processing aluminum is one of the most advanced technological processes in the world. He was the first industrialist to support the green movement. All this is very typical for a person with such a strong card. His chart with seven planets in the 10th house almost guarantees a full measure of achievement and success in business. The power of the stellium was used most productively by him, although he could have had outstanding success in any field. Jupiter, the ruler of his 5th house of speculation, is in conjunction with Venus, the co-ruler of his 10th house, which promises good luck in career, investment, and speculation.
With Pisces on the MC (fig. 5), it's safe to assume that Merv Griffin will seek success in music and entertainment. But what helped him in his phenomenal financial achievements? Neptune, the ruler of MC, is in the 2nd house of personal income at the top of the yod figure, also formed by Jupiter in the 7th house and MC, which indicates the possibility of a career change. This happened when he moved from singing with an orchestra to performing on television and began his financial success. Pluto, ruler of the 5th house, is in conjunction with the Sun in its 1st house, which often indicates a strong-willed nature. The strong eastern orientation of the map emphasizes self-reliance and independence, which is confirmed by biographical data. The Sun/Pluto Conjunction is in opposition to the Moon/Jupiter Conjunction, which gives some gloominess and gloominess. Walter Chrysler's map (Figure 6) illustrates his success as a leader in the automotive business. Starting as a mechanic (Mars rules the MC), he fell in love with cars. When his salary was severely cut, he went to work for General Motors as an emergency mechanic, and was able to upgrade the Buick assembly, improving the performance of the entire assembly line. Its Ascendant ruler, the Moon, is in conjunction with Saturn in Aquarius in the 8th house, which indicates the ability to save original and in an unusual way. It is clear that in a short article it is impossible to consider in detail all the subtleties of financial astrology, however, such a task was not set. However, the range of issues and the scope of interests of financial astrology, we hope, have been outlined, providing readers with an opportunity for further creativity in this area of astrology.
This article is written for astrologers interested in financial astrology to provide an example approach to the subject along with a few charts that can be used as a basis for research. It was prompted by student requests and a lot of my husband's assertiveness. With four planets in Scorpio, he is such a leader - at least he kept me busy.
Financial astrology is a complex subject, and above all, deep basic knowledge of astrology is required. The road to wealth is full of disappointments if you imagine that financial astrology meets the basic needs of stock trading. However, with a passion for work and research, astrology can be a valuable tool in predicting trends and movements in the stock market in general, as well as for individual stock ownership.
The statements below are not all-inclusive; they are intended only to serve as a guide for first-time students of financial astrology and to stimulate the thinking of those others who are already interested in the subject.My husband, Harvey, with over 30 years of experience as a Representative of the New York Financial Exchange, is responsible for Part II of this article, pertaining to some of the exchange's card review techniques. PART I. INTRODUCTION TO BUSINESS ASTROLOGY
While there are some people who have made large sums of money in the stock market, there are others who have suffered large losses. We rarely hear about the latter group because it's unusual for people to report their mistakes. In any case, always take precautions when dealing with the market.
There are a certain number of approaches to using astrology as a trading tool. Some key points for research are outlined below. After testing, draw your own conclusions about which method will be most helpful to you in achieving maximum benefit.
1. SHOULD I SPECIALIZE IN STOCK EXCHANGE?
The natal chart, firstly, is good for determining the possibility of trading in the market. This is of paramount importance. Determine if your card is an indicator of ease or difficulty in making money in any way.
Consider the Sun, Moon, Venus, Jupiter and the planets ruling the second house. Saturn in the second house basically means that the person will have to work for money, and I have found that this position often indicates a person who is not interested in the market.
Next, look at the fifth house of speculation and gambling. (Note: In my opinion, the eighth house has nothing to do with stock exchange transactions. At the same time, it can be attributed to business or investments, and the purchase of shares can in no way be considered an investment or an investment. This is risky a speculative enterprise, and should be classified as a fifth house business Robert Benchley once said, "It should be called an unsafe market, not a safe market." last years confirm this. Analyze the ruler of the fifth house and the planets in it, referring to their strength, corresponding to exaltation or fall, their aspects. Malefics in these houses do not always show the difficulty in speculation in the chart, nor do the benefactor planets show otherwise.
A well-placed Saturn here can be favorable, it will give caution in trading and the ability to apply logic in choosing a certain exchange for the gradual increase of capital. Affected Jupiter can show a lack of common sense or an overabundance of it, an innate passion for risky games. A well-aspected Neptune in the fifth house can give you an intuitive sense of choosing the right exchange to approach your goal, but don't be put off by dreams of huge gains.
After analyzing the second and fifth houses separately, consider their relationship. One of the best signs of a happy horoscope for speculation is that the rulers of these two houses are in good aspects or, secondarily, that the planets in the houses are happy and without conflicting influences. This is often difficult to find, which is why the synthesis of the entire map will be necessary to make a decision to trade the market.
Always be realistic and take advantage when the market is found to be stuck or the stock is highly valued. An indication to stop depreciating a stock can usually be received by a broker pips below current prices to prevent a loss from becoming too large or to protect a profit.
2. SELECTION OF A BROKER
After determining your horoscope as favorable for speculation, choose a well-known New York Stock Exchange firm for your first venture into the world of the stock market. Try to find an individual broker that you are compatible with. And I also had to choose a broker who would not give out his date of birth to others and would not be enamored with the idea of using astrology for the market. While a broker cannot take responsibility for advising which exchange to buy on, they may make recommendations about different markets from time to time. At the same time, you should make sure that the exchange you choose interacts with the indicators of your card.
A happy interaction between two horoscopes can be quite beneficial. When comparing broker and client charts, first look at the top trends and stock of individuals. For example, if you have Mars square Jupiter and incline you to take risks, choose a broker that is stable, with perhaps a strong influence from Saturn or Taurus. Then he will be able to bear your enthusiasm and curb your tendency to buy on impulse. Of course, if his Saturn or Taurus is not in harmony with your chart, the result may be irritability on your part.
Check how his planets fall into your natal houses. And while its benefic planets and the Sun or Moon in your fifth house may be benefic, beware - Jupiter can provoke over-optimism. As for the pests in your fifth house (and often in the second), pay attention Special attention to Neptune, the planet of illusions. This can give you a pie-in-the-sky relationship, while all stock purchases should be made on the basis of preconceptions and logical conclusions. Uranus can be the result of ups and downs in money matters. With brokerage Pluto in your fifth house, he can be a bit too pushy, urging you to buy stocks against your best judgment. His Saturn may have a discouraging or overwhelming influence; or it can provide stability. (As an example, I had one broker with Saturn in my 2nd house trine my MC and sextile my ASC. His Saturn didn't do any more aspects in my chart. While his influence kept me from being sure many times acquisitions that would have been successful, he also prevented me from a large number"boiling water", when my passion for risk was maximum).
Of course, no relationship is ever perfect, and brokers are too busy to let you collect every salesperson's birth data. So, if after a trial period of doing business with a broker you do not feel comfortable, then find yourself another broker.
3. WHICH EXCHANGE TO BUY?
Obviously, you should not choose an exchange at random. The choice must be made with great care; there is no place for emotions. It is wise to choose an exchange in a category with growing potential. Sometimes it may be an exchange that has been in decline in recent years (such as the Dow Jones Industrial Everages) but where the company is financially stable. But it can also be an exchange that, at the whim of the current public interest, may increase in value in the future (such as oil exchanges, environmental controls, etc.).
For beginners, I would recommend buying from a C or higher Standard & Poor exchange (excluding gold exchanges). To determine which group of exchanges can benefit you, analyze your natal chart. Take into account:
(a) The sign of the fifth house and the cusp may be a category indicator for the initial search. Fish here can mean oil, gasoline, medicines, wine and vodka products, cinema; Cancer on the fifth house cusp refers to food, restaurants, glass products, motels, silver.
(b) Any planet in the fifth house (stock exchanges related to that planet or the sign in which they are located).
(c) The planet ruling the second house or the planets in it. Although I believe that this house is the second most important in this matter, the fact remains that any money that comes to you through speculation will be the result of your personal initiative.
(d) The Ascendant, Sun, Moon, and Jupiter can give clues, especially if they are related to both the fifth and second houses. Venus can also be taken into account, but it seems to me that she is, in fact, a lesser money planet - leading to small benefits with a lot of trouble. Once you have decided which type of exchange you might be interested in, ask your broker for a list of exchanges in that particular category. He may also offer to read material, or provide analysis that brokerage houses release from time to time.
4. CHOOSE THE RIGHT EXCHANGE
Usually, things go better for a person when his horoscope is in harmony with the horoscope of the Corporation. A look at the ephemeris will give you an opportunity to determine if you and the Corporation can "go together". Some points to think about:
(a) Jupiter or Venus of the Corporation makes aspect of conjunction with your money planets.
(b) At least one of the luminaries is in good aspect to one of yours. (In my personal experience Syntex was very suitable for me. While there are afflictions between our two charts, and always will be, yet the Moon Syntex does aspect conjunction with my Moon, and his Jupiter is in trine with my Ascendant).
(c) Avoid having the Saturn (limitation) of the Corporation in your second or fifth house and conjunct your Ascendant.
(d) Saturn in your Sun or Moon can be a disappointing factor in some cases, but not always. It depends on other favorable aspects. If you find this configuration, try not to be too dependent on the exchange if you can't sell at the right time.
(e) As far as possible, avoid malefic aspects between the malefics of the Corporation card and your second and fifth houses. When calculating aspects between two charts, I limit the orbis to 3 degrees.
5. HOROSCOPE OF THE CORPORATION
The Corporation Card provides an additional measure of value in determining whether its market is worth making purchases. And even if the whole market tends to decline, there are always exchanges that are doing better than most. When you've narrowed down your choices to a few exchanges (you don't want to spend your whole life matching their charts), make a chart of the Corporation for the day the merger papers were signed, using the Book of Registration for the state in which the Corporation was formed. Your broker can tell you where to look for the creation date.
Many states do not put on the papers of the creation time when they are filled. So we use noon /Noon/ because that's business hours when institutions are open. The moon will have an accuracy of three degrees, which will provide a basis for rectification.
One may ask why the horoscope is not based on the physical location of the Corporation. Although the Corporation may be located in another state, the birth of the Corporation and its powers to conduct business will not take effect until the incorporation papers are completed. The birth of a "child", of course, in a place where papers are filled. Of course, this does not preclude the use of a map of the new location of the main center of the company, if you want to do this.
There is no agreement among financial astrologers regarding the definition of houses in the Corporation chart. (The Rulership Book by Rex E. Bills is the latest source of information on houses in organization charts.) In the absence of agreement and a well-defined formula for reading houses, the general planetary rulers can be used in determining the nature of the event and its resulting effect on stocks. For example, progressed moon trine to natal Jupiter can predict the benefits accruing to the public (through fund holders) due to business expansion, a new product line, or increased income.
For some inexplicable reason, I have found on many occasions that the noon card describes the administration of the company, financial plans for the future and operations accurately enough. While the noon chart is six hours accurate (or 3 degrees) (out of 24 possible hours), it will often have the same house cusps as the corrected chart. Studying the history of the company and how it operates can help you determine when an accurate map matches events. Since astrologers use different house charts, progression methods, and so on, use whichever chart works best for you.
6. NEW YORK CURRENCY EXCHANGE (NYEX)
The following pages show two cards for the New York Exchange. The first is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. May 17, 1792; in general, sometimes used by astrologers.
However, I use the second card, calculated at 8:52 a.m. TLT May 17, 1792. This chart was received many years ago from another astrologer who found it in a book printed in India. She also appeared in LJ Jensen's Astro-Economic Interpreter. This map, it seems to me, more accurately reflects the work of the Exchange. With the Ascendant in Cancer and its ruler (Moon) in the tenth house of business, the influence of the public is very much accentuated; Pluto ruling the fifth house of speculation in the eighth house (other people's money); Uranus ruling the eighth house in the second house shows that the New York Exchange earns its money through other people's money, and its location indicates instability in money (stock) affairs - these are just a few reasons that speak of the legitimacy of the card on 8:52 a.m.
There is another map for the time when the NYVB was merged, February 18, 1971 10:00 a.m EST, Albany, New York. While we must of necessity use the merger dates for other companies for lack of a more specific date, I don't like the 1971 map in this case. I think that NYVB has existed for so many years prior that we cannot imagine that it was born no later than 1971. Union can be considered more than just a state in evolution and can be compared to a major event in an individual's life, such as a first job, marriage, or any other important event for the individual.
The NYVB horoscope is very useful for predicting trends, although it will not show which specific stocks will move up or down (you can use the individual Corporation chart for this). Despite this, using progressions and transits, especially of "heavy" planets, one can track movements in this direction well and act accordingly.
7. MAP OF THE UNITED STATES
The most popular map of the United States with the rising sign of Gemini is included here for convenience. I believe that the NYVB and US charts are the most important for accurately determining the action on the exchange.
The US map will show the main wealth of the national economy. And, at the very least, reflect stock prices. Sometimes the market will change in conjunction with national events. At the same time, these events may not coincide with an increase in the stock price, so you should always be on the lookout. At the time of writing (January 1978) the eroding of our dollar is getting a lot of press attention - the Dow Jones average has been falling since late 1976 with little recovery periods from time to time.
In the past, aspects in the sky between heavy planets have always been attributed to the economic conditions in the country with sufficient accuracy. And yet, I doubt their effectiveness in the future due to our large national debt, trade deficit, unemployment statistics, and so on. It would seem more appropriate to consider transits in relation to a US map.
8. OTHER CARDS
Some other maps that can be helpful in trend analysis:
(a) Equinoxes and Solstices prepared quarterly
(b) New Moon and Full Moon charts. The effect of the new moon lasts 28 days, and the full moon card is only effective until the new moon. I found this valuable for identifying short term trends.
c) Eclipses. Opinions about the duration of eclipses vary. Research would make it possible to develop your own formula for describing the relationship of eclipses to stock exchange activity.
(d) Horoscope of combination of two lower points (see 10(c)).
9. PROGRESSIONS AND TRANSITS
