The guy built himself a motorhome to avoid paying the mortgage. Now his houses are going like hot cakes! The guy built his dream house in record time Man builds a house

Yevgeny Raevsky from Mozyr (Belarus) literally made a house out of sand and clay with his own hands. The guy spent only a thousand dollars. According to Eugene, a person should create a natural dwelling for himself, from environmentally friendly materials. The builder placed his house in the village and moved there.

To create a "dream house" it took only a few materials: sand, clay, water. Straw and logs. The main part of the time, several months, had to be devoted to the construction of walls from sand, clay and straw. A little faster were built internal walls from logs and clay. In general, the design rests on wooden frame. The whole process of building a guy broadcast on his Youtube channel "Natural Construction".

For ordinary life, the house has everything you need: a kitchen, a small hut and a bed. total area at home is comparable to two-room apartment- 45 square meters.

There is no full-fledged electricity in the house, - the owner of the house told Nasha Niva. - I just ran an extension cord from a neighbor so that I could power the laptop. I plan to decorate the house in the near future and connect to power lines.

Rounded windows and grass on the roof make the dwelling a little fabulous. An association with hobbits comes to mind. But, as the owner convinces, this is a real, warm and comfortable home.

Meanwhile, although theoretically the floor is cold, this is not felt at all: a layer of bricks is laid on the ground, and oak logs 12 cm thick are laid on it, - said Evgeny.

Has just dried up White paint on the walls of the house, many subscribers did not appreciate the choice of white.

They wrote to me a lot: “Why are you at home in White color painted? The sand color was better." I myself did not really know why I painted it white, I just wanted to.

As for winter, Eugene insulated the ceiling with sawdust 20-30 cm thick. The owner told about how things are with the walls:

From the east, north and west, there are rooms in the house that are closed for the winter, only the central room with a stove remains living in the house. Now it is 0…-2 outside, the temperature in the house is maintained at 20 degrees. When I heat the stove, the temperature rises to 22-23 degrees.

The guy plans to spend this winter in a new "natural" house. Eugene plans to build another similar house on a neighboring plot.

Many people dream of their own home. To fulfill your dream, you can save money for many years or commit yourself to a mortgage. Or you can do like Steve Aren, who built his dream house from inexpensive materials. Steve spent $9,000 on the project, which is not much for a separate home. With this modest amount, Steve managed to build modern house which has everything you need. All work was completed in a record 6 weeks! It all started with the purchase of a small piece of land in Thailand.

Steve bought a plot of land from his friend. This land was part of a farm that grew mango trees.

For the construction of domes, which form the basis of an unusual structure, were used concrete blocks. Brickwork covered with a layer of plaster.

Building the foundation of the house cost Steve just $6,000. Of course, this price is connected, among other things, with the fact that materials are cheaper in Thailand than in other regions.

To give the house a finished look, Steve painted the walls with terracotta paint. The house of such design organically fits into the surrounding landscapes and does not disturb the mood of the farm.

The interior design cost $3,000. And it's worth every penny spent! What is worth only this fireplace!

The bedroom looks like it stepped out of the pages of a fairy tale book. On such a bed, only good dreams are dreamed.

This is what the house looks like from the outside. The view is just amazing! Two friends with little experience in construction helped Steve build the house. From the laying of the foundation to the completion of the finishing, only 6 weeks passed!

At the top of one of the domes, Steve built a terrace under a canopy of natural materials. You need to climb it along the steps that are built into the walls of the house.

On such a terrace it is convenient to sit in sunny weather. Enough space for the whole company.

The view from inside is also incredible. If it's windy outside, you can relax while contemplating the beautiful views from the round windows of the house.

Steve's shower room looks like a real spa. The room resembles a tropical waterfall.

Each individual interior detail is designed in accordance with the general idea. The bamboo stem washbasin maintains a tropical forest vibe.

Life in the UK is now expensive and not every citizen can afford it. Therefore, 36-year-old Briton Chris Marsh solved the problem of expensive rent and huge utility bills in his own way.

He built himself a small eco-house on wheels. Maintaining a 16 square meter home is quite cheap for Chris, and this house has everything a person needs for a comfortable life.

Before moving into his miracle home, Chris Marsh worked for a construction firm and rented small house in Northumberland for £650 a month and another £260 for utility bills and taxes.

“I stumbled upon these mini-houses quite by accident on an American site and decided to try to build one myself. I have been living in it for quite a long time and I will never move to urban housing again.” Chris says.

He set up his two-story house on small area land, which he previously bought for 110 thousand pounds. It took Chris 11 weeks to build it. And now the man pays only £15 a month for his house.

Chris uses rain water, it enters his house through special system collecting rainwater.

In 2017, Chris created Tiny Eco Homes UK, which manufactures and sells eco-homes in many countries around the world.

The demand for such houses is quite large and last year Chris Marsh's company sold 30 of these mini-houses, costing 50 thousand pounds each.

Build such mini-houses from wood High Quality and give them a lifetime warranty. According to Chris, such a house will withstand any bad weather and it is easy to tow it by car to the right place.

“My customers are the most different people. These are young families and people of age. Sometimes they just want to buy small house for a country holiday. We create unique houses and take into account all the wishes of our customers.” Chris Marsh said.

A Canadian man cuts down and plans young resinous cedars, lays a frame out of them, lays a roof from burnt boards, caulks the cracks with moss, induces simple comfort inside and starts a dog to make life more fun. All this is recreated in an incredibly relaxing and peaceful video from a carpenter, blogger and recluse named Sean James. A real outlet for those who sit at work and dream of breaking out of a concrete box with plastic windows.

There is the serenity of the Canadian cedar wilderness, soothing music and a man engaged in a truly masculine business, from which he enjoys.

Sean James is a carpenter, a lover of life in the wilderness and part-time journalist and blogger. He maintains a blog, My Self Reliance, dedicated to his hobbies of working with wood and building forest shacks. He finds special pleasure in building without any electric tools and other people's help - only with his own hands and grandfather's tools. At the same time, his huts, despite their outward simplicity, are made quite thoroughly and competently. After carefully watching the video, you can be sure that the creation of a cedar hut is a matter that requires skill and a lot of knowledge.

So, for example, Sean puts a roof out of wood, processed by him in the old fashioned way. Japanese technology- sugi ban show. Boards (which he also made himself) are fired at the stake and with the help of blowtorch. This gives them protection from the weather, UV radiation, rain and fires. In general, the construction of the log house itself turns out to be unexpectedly not such a laborious process, but the installation of the roof and floors takes a disproportionate amount of time and turns into a serious test of skill and experience, especially for a person who works alone.

At the end, Sean makes a small underground for supplies, caulking the gaps with tow from the moss and clay collected here. You can imagine what a newly built hut smells like: it is made entirely of cedar and should smell like resin for a good mile around.

For those who have the time and energy for a real marathon of Canadian appeasement, there is a full hour video of the construction of the hut. Everything is shown here in such detail that, if you believe the assurances of Sean James himself, any person with straight arms, who carefully followed the actions of the carpenter, will be able to build exactly the same hut.

Although, most likely, the shack you built will be much worse than Sean's. He himself initially trained in the construction of log cabins in the backyard of his house. So for him, the hut on the video has already become the third in a row (and this is only one of those that he completed to the end). Now he uses it as a kind of dacha - he lives there for his own pleasure when he manages to escape from the bustle of the city, and comes here with his wife and dog for the weekend. His site is adjacent to Canada's Algonquin National Park near Ontario. We can safely say that this is one of the most beautiful and harsh places in North America.
