legislation. For gross violation of labor duties, dismissal may be applied as a disciplinary punishment.

6.2. For the use, including a single one, of methods of education related to physical and (or) mental violence against the personality of the pupil, as well as the commission of another immoral act, the senior educator may be relieved of his position in accordance with labor legislation and the Law of the Russian Federation "On Education" . Dismissal for this act is not a measure of disciplinary responsibility.

6.3. For violation of the rules of fire safety, labor protection, sanitary and hygienic rules for the organization of the educational process, the senior

6.4. For the guilty infliction of damage to the preschool educational institution or participants in the educational process in

connection with the performance (non-performance) of their official duties

7. Relationships and communication by position

7.1. He plans his own work. The work plan is approved by the head of the preschool educational institution no later than 5 days from the beginning of the planning period.

7.2. Submits to the head of the preschool educational institution a report on its activities with a volume of at least 5

pages within 10 days after the end of the planning period.

7.3. Receives information of a regulatory, legal, organizational and methodological nature from the head of the preschool educational institution, familiarizes himself with the relevant documents against receipt.

7.4. Approves the orders of the head of the preschool educational institution on the organization of educational

process.

7.5. Systematically exchanges information on issues within its competence with the administration and teaching staff of the preschool educational institution.

7.6. Performs the duties of the head of the preschool educational institution during his temporary absence (vacation, illness, etc.).

7.7. Subordinates to the head of the preschool educational institution and the council of teachers.
