Do-it-yourself train made from waste material. How to make a flowerbed with your own hands - a train from boxes. Option from diapers

There are many ideas for country sculptures: a train made of logs, flower beds and flower beds made from scrap materials, fence caps and unusual figurines for the garden.

The paravozik-flowerbed will be an excellent and original decoration of the site.

Most owners of summer cottages try to improve their own corner of nature, to make it different from others. For this purpose, someone tries to buy expensive landscape decorations, and someone wants to bring beauty with their own hands and starts making decorative elements from improvised materials.

Materials for making garden sculptures

From construction waste can be built original jewelry to the site.

To ennoble garden plot may be required good cleaning. If you need to cut down trees on your site, remove roots and pieces of wood, do not rush to throw everything in a landfill. Most of this waste can be used as raw materials and blanks for decorative elements.

If you decide in advance what exactly you will do with the roots and logs, the uprooting and sawing procedure will be much more enjoyable. Pieces of wood can make wonderful compositions.

The remains of old trees in the garden occupy an area that can be used in other ways, for example, to create a recreation area or a children's playground. Old trees don’t grow leaves or flowers, so it’s better to get rid of them and use the cleared space for something else.

As a rule, elements for decoration personal plot quite expensive and not affordable for every summer resident who wants to improve their property. But you can make beautiful things with your own hands. This will require skillful hands and a little imagination. Anything can be used: from empty plastic bottles to worn-out shoes.

How can you use logs to decorate your garden?

You can make a lot of fun and useful things from ordinary trees cut into pieces. You will definitely need a saw, an axe, a hammer, a chisel, possibly a plane and materials for decorating products. For example, it is easy to create a train from logs.

To begin, make a sketch or sketch of the future product.

First you need to determine what function the product will perform.

The train is perfect for children to play with.

For example, if you want to create an additional play element in the playground, you will need a slightly different approach than if you want to make a new flowerbed with an unusual shape.

Depending on the theme chosen for the product, select additional elements to decorate the finished train. When creating something similar to the well-known train from Romashkovo, choose bright colors and stock up on brushes. If you are planning to create beautiful flower bed for flowers or storage space gardening tools, try to calculate what exactly you will seat, lay out and arrange, and choose the decor accordingly. Determine how many carriages will follow the locomotive and whether they will have wheels.

Train for the playground

Children in the country need good toys and devices for games. Both small children and older children will be interested in going on a long journey on an almost real steam locomotive, which they can help adults make. It is quite possible for children to be entrusted with painting finished carriages or performing other minor work.

The simplest version of the product will look like this. Prepare several pieces of logs of equal length, remove the bark and take care to remove knots. If this is difficult, try to cover them with something to prevent children from getting hurt while playing.

Place the pieces of logs in the place chosen for the locomotive in a chain, one after the other. You can put logs split in half under them - they will act as wheels. Place a log-pipe on the front block.

A log of any tree, preferably dried, is suitable for making a flower bed.

If you don’t have the skills to use a saw and an ax, you can limit yourself to the resulting design. Paint the “cars” with bright colors, draw patterns on them, as your imagination dictates.

It is not necessary to install the train directly on the ground. You can put together “rails” for it. Place two boards on a flat surface parallel to each other and nail short boards or logs split in half across them so that the rounded side is at the top. When everything is ready, turn the rails over with the nailed pieces of wood facing down - this will make the structure more stable.

With minimal carpentry skills, try to do work with deeper detail. On the bars representing the carriages, make cuts about 10 cm deep on both sides. You can retreat about the same amount from the edge of the log.

Remove the wood between cuts to create recesses that will fit comfortably. It would be good to fill these areas with smooth thin planks or cover them with burlap. On the first log in the chain, representing a steam locomotive, arrange a driver's cabin, a pipe, or paint it so that it can be easily distinguished from the cars.

Locomotive-flower bed

If you want to receive original place To plant your favorite plants, arrange a flowerbed for them in the form of carriages with a steam locomotive. The flower train looks original and attractive and will certainly become a wonderful decoration for your garden.

Select suitable cuttings of logs for the locomotive and carriages (2-3 of them are enough). The bars look beautiful with unusual shape, it is not necessary to sand them. You will need to make a hole in each log in order to fill it with soil for flowers.

Attach wooden round wheels cut from whole logs along the edges. On the first locomotive block, put together a driver's cabin - you will need four supports and a board for the roof. A simple thick round piece, cut from a single log and laid flat on the “locomotive”, will also do.

Storage for gardening tools, small things like gloves, garden shears and the like is arranged in a similar way.

Greetings, dear friends, readers of the blog Family and Mom! Today we have a craft on our website again and this time we will tell/show the children how to make a train out of cardboard with their own hands for children with step-by-step photo instructions(or rather, from waste / improvised material that every mother can find at home - juice / milk / kefir boxes).

If your child, like my children, loves everything related to trains/locomotives (the little engine from Romashkovo, Chaggintons and other cartoons with trains are among my children’s favorites), then please him with such a handmade cardboard train, Moreover, its production requires a minimum of time.

In such a homemade train you can carry small toys - Lego men, Kinder Surprise toys and others. A train made of cardboard has windows and a door, almost like a real train. It can be decorated - covered with colored paper, painted with paints, felt-tip pens, but we did not decorate it, since the children urgently needed to carry passengers and they could not wait any longer))

How to make a train out of cardboard with your own hands for children (photo instructions)

My kids have been sitting at home since the beginning of February (first because of the flu epidemic, and now because several children in Lenin’s group have contracted an intestinal infection, so while this is being sorted out, my husband and I decided that the children are still they will sit at home).

While the children are at home, we come up with new games and activities every day, constantly looking for something interesting to have fun with. And the other day the kids were playing with Lego men, small toys (from Kinder Surprises and other miniature ones) that “traveled” around the apartment)) The little men were tired of moving around in the car, so the children asked to help build some new transport) ) We thought and thought and came up with the idea of quickly building a train out of cardboard with our own hands (juice/milk boxes), which will be discussed below.

To make a cardboard train we will need:

  • Long high carton from juice/milk/kefir (we have a liter milk box) – 2 pcs. (depends on how long the locomotive you want to make - what more boxes, the longer the locomotive.
  • Rope for connecting trains
  • Scissors/knife
  • Colored paper/markers/paints for decorating the train (we left it like that, the kids had no time to wait - we had to carry passengers))
  • Human passengers who will test the strength of the transport))

How to make a train out of cardboard with your own hands for children:

That's all, a do-it-yourself cardboard train for children is ready, now you can invite passengers to take their seats and set off))

Publications on the topic:

This flower ball looks very festive and beautiful. It can be used to decorate rooms for the holidays. Decor elements.

I present to your attention a small master class according to my favorite decoupage. After I showed several works on my blog.

In my last publication with a master class on decoupage, I promised to tell you how to age a product with craquelure. At first I wanted it simple.

As part of a thematic week dedicated to Space and on the eve of Cosmonautics Day, we did something with the guys middle group interesting creative.

Master class for parents and pupils “New Year’s cap” Goal: create a festive mood, develop creative abilities.

First you need to prepare everything necessary elements for application. We trace children's palms on colored paper with a simple pencil.

Goal: - to instill artistic and aesthetic taste, the ability to see beauty in the ordinary; Objectives: - consolidate the ability to use a stapler;

Sometimes it’s easier to make toys yourself than to buy them in a store. It’s interesting for the child too, and if it breaks, you don’t mind throwing it away.

Continuing the theme of toys and improvised materials, today I’m talking about what kind of transport can be made and how. These crafts can be used for games at home, or in kindergarten take it to an exhibition on the topic "Transport" or "Rules traffic", For example.

Materials

Empty washed and dried juice and milk packaging

Empty ketchup bottle

Double sided tape

Wide transparent tape

Plastic lids

Metal lids

Scissors

Ruler

Pencil

Colored foil

Cardboard

Steam locomotive with trailer. The locomotive pipe is the cut off top of a ketchup bottle, inserted upside down and screwed on with a cap at the bottom. The locomotive and trailer are covered with colored foil and laminated with tape.Wheels, even those made of tin covers, are attached to the body on double sided tape.If a child tears it off, repairing the damage is as easy as shelling pears.

A closer connection: we pierce the covers with a thick awl or darning needle and thread a woolen thread, tie it in a knot and screw the covers to the trailers.

The more carriages, the more interesting. The fastening of the green car in the following picture is done like this:The neck of the milk carton was cut off with a sufficient supply of cardboard around the edges and sewn over these edges to the body with a darning needle and wool thread.

You can make a train funny by gluing on the eyes and decorating the wheels.

To make it convenient to roll the locomotive behind you, you need to attach a cord. We attach it like this: we cut off the plastic neck from the juice box so that there is enough cardboard left around the edges, for which we will glue this lid to the locomotive. We glue it with double-sided tape, which adheres very well to a smooth surface.

To prevent the nose of the locomotive from lifting up when moving, it would be good to weigh it down with something.

Let's go!

Or maybe bus.

We are going, going, going to distant lands!

Even trolleybus can be done! (mustaches made from baby juice tubes are secured with a piece of plasticine).

The child likes toys made from juice boxes so much that he periodically asks to make them again.

Here we are sitting in the trolleybus, and sitting, and sitting, and looking out of the window, looking at everything.

To make the game more interesting, you can use colored electrical tape and make the road with markings.

With such markings it is very convenient not only to play with “cars”, but also to easily familiarize your child with the rules of the road. Tell the child why stops are needed, which side to go around the bus on, what a pedestrian crossing looks like and how to use it, what a solid line on the road means, what a broken line means, etc.

After you get tired of the game, you can remove the markings (the duct tape left no traces on the linoleum).

"The progress of sciences and machines is useful remedy, but the only goal of civilization is the development of man." - Ennio Flaiano.

Every child dreams of railway, but not every parent can afford it. Such a colorful toy DIY box locomotive you can do together with your baby. Your child will ride his toy friends in it. In addition, such a locomotive can perfectly serve as a container for storing toys - children will be happy to place their dolls and teddy bears in the carriages.

To make such a train you will need:

  • green and red self-adhesive wallpaper
  • flower pot trays
  • double-sided and regular tape
  • plastic lids
  • cardboard boxes
  • lining fabric
  • aerosol enamel
  • eye bolts

Banana boxes are the best way to create carriages. If the boxes have no bottom, then it will be more convenient to seal it with tape and insert cardboard cut to size. For the wheels of the carriage, take plastic covers, cutting off all the irregularities with a knife. And the necks of plastic bottles are useful for attaching the wheels to the box. Using a knife, cut a hole in the center of the cap to the size of the bottle neck.

1. Determine the location of the wheels on the box, attach the lid and circle the hole. Then cut out the marked holes. Insert the neck of the bottle into the hole from the inside of the box. Put the lid on it, then secure it with a cap - this was just a fitting for now.

2. Now cover the box with self-adhesive green. Eye bolts are useful for coupling cars together. Using a screwdriver, make a hole in the box and, inserting the eye bolt, tighten the nut.

3. Cut holes for the wheels and insert necks from plastic bottles there.

4. Place double-sided tape on the inside along the top edge of the box.

5. For the inside of the car, sew a liner from lining fabric, gluing it with double-sided tape.

6. Paint the lids with golden spray enamel and after drying, attach them to the necks of plastic bottles, thanks to which they will spin.

7. The trailer is ready! Now the most difficult part - the locomotive!

8. Cut the sides of the end of the box. Deepen the wall slightly. Use a knife to cut off the corners. This will be the front part of the locomotive.

9. Cut out a piece from cardboard that is similar in size to the perimeter of the top part. Cover everything except the bottom with tape and self-adhesive tape.

A juice box is suitable for the cockpit, and a plastic can for the bow.

10. Cut a hole in the box along the neck of the jar so that it fits tightly there.
11. Make a cardboard bottom at the bottom of the box.
12. Cover the box intended for the cabin in addition to the top part with self-adhesive tape.

Make holes for fastening.

13.Connect the cabin with bottom steam locomotive - the necks of the bottles should fit into the holes at the bottom of the cabin - and screw them from the inside with bottle caps. Do the same with the bow of the locomotive.

14. Make a hole the size of the bottle neck in plastic jar. And with reverse side cans perpendicular to it, make the same hole in the center of the can. Pipe - from the top plastic bottle. Paint it with gold spray enamel.

15. Tape the side of the cabin.
