Let's begin our journey.

Grilled chicken wings marinated with mayonnaise and curry

This incredible recipe is perfect for both the grill and the oven. Bright and aromatic chicken wings can be prepared for a family dinner or for a holiday, and are especially tasty if you fry them over coals like. The marinade does not require much time before preparing the chicken, so the wings are easy to prepare immediately upon arrival at the dacha or before going on a picnic. The ingredients are simple and available in any store, which makes this recipe as valuable as possible. But with such simplicity, the result will more than please you.

To prepare you will need:

  • 20 chicken wings;
  • 5-6 tbsp. spoons of good mayonnaise;
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of sweet paprika;
  • 1 teaspoon curry seasoning mixture;
  • Salt, preferably coarse, to taste;
  • 1 teaspoon of Provençal herbs;
  • A little ground hot pepper;
  • A couple of cloves for piquancy - optional.

Preparation:

1. First, prepare the chicken wings for baking - rinse thoroughly and dry with kitchen paper towels. Using a sharp knife, cut the skin in the center of the wing to straighten it. But it is best to cut off the outermost, small phalanx; it quickly begins to burn, and there is little meat in it. It can be left for preparing chicken broth or jellied meat.

2. Thoroughly salt the chicken lids placed in a deep bowl or pan, add mayonnaise and all the spices. You don't have to add garlic, but it will go well with this option if you still want it.

3. Leave the wings to marinate for at least 2-3 hours, or even better, overnight. To reduce cooking time, the skin on the wings can be cut, but only barely, so that they do not fall apart during baking.

4. The grill grate needs to be heated well, then you won’t have to lubricate it with additional oil. Place the marinated meat and bake until done, but no less than 20-25 minutes, being careful not to dry out the dish.

ADVICE! To remove the wings from the grill as carefully as possible, you need to press down between the grill with a fork - this will allow you to separate the “done” meat and remove it without losing a single piece of tasty meat.

You can serve the finished dish with coarsely chopped fresh vegetables, boiled potato tubers and a variety of sauces.

  • spices for chicken - 1 tbsp. l.;

I buy fresh chilled chicken wings. Sometimes feathers or hairs remain on the skin here and there. That’s why I always bring them home and immediately tar them over the fire. After treatment with fire, I wash it thoroughly.

I dry it with paper napkins.

Now I cut the chicken wings at the joints. There is no meat at the very tip of the wing. Therefore, after cutting it into three parts, I leave two large parts for preparing the appetizer, and discard the third small part of the wing.

I place the poultry pieces in a deep bowl. I sprinkle them with seasoning. Mix thoroughly, rubbing the spices into the chicken wings.

I mix starch with flour according to the recipe.

I roll the wings in this mixture of flour and starch.

Having shaken off the excess mixture, I put the chicken in a bowl for half an hour.

Now I start frying the bird in a frying pan. I pour refined sunflower oil into a frying pan and heat it up. I put the wings here and fry them over medium heat.

I fry the bottom side in a frying pan first, and then turn it over to fry the other side.

I remove the browned and crispy meat from the pan, transferring it to a plate with paper napkins. The napkins instantly absorb excess fat, and we get tasty and crispy wings without excess fat on them.

TO delicious snack I serve my favorite tomato sauce.

Hello girls!Today we will talk about such delicate intimate things. like women's sanitary pads, because for each of us, using them is a monthly necessity. Of course, it is much more convenient to use tampons, but personally, I only use them for “going out”; at home I prefer to use pads exclusively! Firstly, it’s cheaper, and secondly, it’s somehow more comfortable than using tampons.

I didn’t immediately decide to write about these pads, because I have already used several of these packs, but what I will write today is based on my long experience, so you can safely trust my words!

Price - 24 rubles per package. Cheap, to say the least. Available to all women!

Number of pieces per pack - 10 , as usual.

I have normal three drops.

Gasket length - 22.5 cm

Made in Russia.

The pads are odorless! Are breathable! No latex!

Packaging information:

Women's absorbent pads Bella Normal. 1st class, with high absorbency. For critical days.

Directions for use:

After removing the adhesive tape, secure the pad to the laundry.

Compound:

cellulose, non-woven material, vapor-permeable polyethylene film.

Package ordinary. An ordinary bag for pads, but I thought it was cute because it was designed in my favorite pink color. The pack opens at the end and simply breaks, though not always successfully.

In use. The gaskets themselves are quite thick , under the underwear they will definitely be noticeable and palpable, but on their own soft-soft , white, the skin underneath breathes . Comfortable! Adhesive backing good quality . pad attaches well to laundry . The lack of wings for me is both a minus and a plus, I’ll start with the plus - it’s more convenient to use, tear off the adhesive tape in the middle and apply it to your underwear, no need to bother with wings. But the disadvantages of this, of course, are obvious! Despite the fact that the pad is well attached to the underwear, keeps its shape during wear, when filled, it still narrows in those places where it is fullest, and since there are no wings, it stains the sides of the underwear. This is true for the first days of menstruation, then such troubles do not arise. The absorbency of the pads is good! For the first 1.5 days, my period is very heavy, so on the first day 4 pads go out at once, I get up to change it at night, so that everything is definitely clean and dry. But they really absorb a lot . In general, every month I use 7-8 pads, with a period lasting 5 days, since in last days there is very little discharge. P It turns out profitable and economical!

Conclusion. Good gaskets for low price! Of course, it’s better with wings, but how? budget option, or when there is not much choice in the store - they will do, quite well! Personally, I buy these from time to time, alternating with other types. By the way, sometimes there are promotions and the last time there was a gift attached to the package in the form of some other type of pad! It's a small thing, but it's nice!
