This standard applies to the attachment point for crane rails in accordance with GOST 4121-76 to steel crane beams under bridges electric taps general purpose light, medium and heavy duty, used in buildings and on open crane trestles with a design seismicity of up to 9 points inclusive and operated in areas with a design outside air temperature of minus 65 ° C and above.
1. Design and dimensions
1.1. The design of the fastening unit must correspond to that shown in Fig. 1.

1.2. The brand of the fastening unit, depending on the type of crane rail and the design temperature of the outside air of the construction area (hereinafter referred to as the design temperature), the distance from the axis of the crane beam to the axis of the fastening unit, as well as the designations of the parts must correspond to those indicated in the table. 1.
1.3. The design and dimensions of the thrust bars must correspond to those indicated in the drawing. 2 and in table. 2.

where 80 and 85 are the sum of the thicknesses of the strips, taking into account the possible inclined position of the clamping strip, washer, nuts and the protruding part of the bolt; b - thickness of the upper chord of the crane beam, mm, in this case the length dimensions specified in the standards for bolts should be taken into account.

2. Technical requirements
2.1. Thrust and clamping strips must be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard and SNiP III-18-75 according to KMD working drawings approved in the prescribed manner.
2.2. The material of the clamping and thrust strips is steel according to GOST 380-71 of the following grades:
VSt3kp2 - for design temperature minus 40 °C and above;
VSt3Gps5 or VSt3sp5 - for design temperatures below minus 40 to minus 65 °C inclusive.
It is allowed to use steel according to GOST 23570-79 of the following grades:
18kp instead of VSt3kp2;
18Gps or 18sp instead of VSt3Gps5 and Vst3sp5.
2.3. Bolts intended for operation at a design temperature of minus 40 ° C and above must be tested for tensile strength according to GOST 1759-70, at a design temperature below minus 40 to minus 65 ° C - additionally tested for tensile strength on an oblique washer and impact strength according to GOST 1759-70.
2.4. Limit deviations linear dimensions from the nominal ones, as well as the surface roughness of the planks must correspond to those indicated in the drawing. 2 and 3.
2.5. Maximum deviations of the diameters of the holes of the clamping strips from the nominal ones are in accordance with GOST 25347-82.
3. Completeness
3.1. Parts of crane rail fastening units must be supplied by the manufacturer as a set.
The kit should include:
details in accordance with table. 4;
technical documentation in accordance with the requirements of GOST 23118-78.

Note. It is allowed, by agreement between the manufacturer and the consumer, to supply thrust and clamping strips separately from bolts, nuts and washers.
4. Acceptance rules
4.1. The thrust and clamping bars must be accepted by the technical control of the manufacturer.
4.2. Acceptance of planks is carried out in batches.
The batch must include planks of the same designation, manufactured using the same technology. The batch size of planks is established by agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer and should not exceed 1000 pieces.
4.3. To randomly check the linear dimensions and surface roughness of the planks, 5% of the planks are selected from each batch, but not less than 5 pieces. If, when checking the selected strips, there turns out to be at least one product that does not meet the requirements of this standard for one of the indicators, a double number of samples taken from the same batch is re-tested according to this indicator. In case of unsatisfactory results of re-inspection, the batch of planks is not subject to acceptance.
4.4. The consumer has the right to control the quality of the planks, while observing the acceptance rules and applying the control methods established by this standard.
5. Control methods
5.1. Control of the linear dimensions of the slats should be carried out with a metal measuring ruler in accordance with GOST 427-75 and a caliper in accordance with GOST 166-80.
5.2. The surface roughness of the planks should be checked by comparing them with roughness samples according to GOST 9378-75.
6. Packaging, labeling, transportation and storage
6.1. The thrust and clamping bars must be packaged separately in wooden boxes according to GOST 2991-76 or in containers manufactured by the manufacturer according to documentation approved in the prescribed manner.
6.2. The rules for marking containers with strips must comply with those established by GOST 14192-77. The marking must contain the following markings:
name or trademark of the manufacturer;
symbol of the brand of fastening unit;
symbol of the bar (without indicating the standard number);
batch number;
number of parts;
quality control stamp;
gross weight.
6.3. Transportation of planks is permitted by any type of transport, provided they are protected from contamination and mechanical damage.
6.4. During storage, containers with slats must be protected from contamination and precipitation.
7. Installation instructions
7.1. Installation of parts for the crane rail fastening unit should be carried out in accordance with the installation diagrams of the crane runways, approved in the prescribed manner, and the requirements of SNiP III-18-75.
7.2. Assembly welding of the strips should be carried out after straightening the rails. The thickness of the weld is 6 mm.
7.3. The type of electrodes must correspond to that indicated in the table. 5.

7.4. Details of fastening units after completion installation work must be cleaned, puttied, primed and painted, and the material paint coating must match the covering material of the crane beams.

1.2. 2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. Thrust and clamping strips must be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard and SNiP III-18-75* according to KMD working drawings approved in the prescribed manner.

2.2. The material of the clamping and thrust strips is steel according to GOST 380-88* of the following grades:

- VSt3Gps5 or VSt3sp5 - for design temperatures below minus 40 to minus 65 °C inclusive.
2.3. Bolts intended for operation at a design temperature of minus 40 °C and above must be tested for tensile strength in accordance with GOST 1759.4-87*, at a design temperature below minus 40 to minus 65 °C - additionally tested for tensile strength on an oblique washer and impact strength according to GOST 1759.4-87*.

2.4. The maximum deviations of linear dimensions from the nominal ones, as well as the surface roughness of the planks, must correspond to those indicated in Figures 2 and 3.
2.5. Maximum deviations of the diameters of the holes of the clamping bars from the nominal ones are in accordance with GOST 25347-82.
3. COMPLETENESS
3.1. Parts of crane rail fastening units must be supplied by the manufacturer as a set.
The kit should include:
- details in accordance with table 4;
- technical documentation in accordance with the requirements of GOST 23118-78.

4. ACCEPTANCE RULES
4.1. The thrust and clamping bars must be accepted by the technical control of the manufacturer.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. Thrust and clamping strips must be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard and SNiP Sh-18-75 according to KMD working drawings approved in the prescribed manner.
2.2. The material of the clamping and thrust strips is steel according to GOST 380-71 of the following grades:
VStZkp2 - for design temperature minus 40°C and above;
VStZGpsb or VStZspb - for a design temperature below minus 40 to minus 65°C inclusive.
It is allowed to use steel according to GOST 23570-79 of the following grades:
18kp instead of VStZkp2;
18Gps or 18sp instead of VStZGpsb and VStZspb.
2.3. Bolts intended for operation at a design temperature of minus 40°C and above must be tested for tensile strength in accordance with GOST 1759-70, at a design temperature below minus 40 to minus 65°C - additionally tested for tensile strength on an oblique washer and impact strength in accordance with GOST 1759-70.
2.4. The maximum deviations of linear dimensions from the nominal ones, as well as the surface roughness of the planks, must correspond to those indicated in the drawing. 2 and 3.
