  • skim milk – 1.8 l;
  • low-fat kefir – 0.6 l;
  • chicken egg – 3 pcs.;
  • salt – 3 g;
  • paprika, turmeric (optional) - on the tip of a knife;

Cooking method:

  • Pour the milk into a clean saucepan and bring to a boil.
